Processing Time

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
- Remote areas may take slightly longer.
- You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping is offered on select promotions or order amounts (if applicable).
Packaging
- All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- For hygiene and safety, bottles are sealed and tamper-evident.
Order Tracking
- After shipment, you will receive a tracking number.
- Use the tracking number to check delivery status via the courier’s website or customer support.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your product is damaged or lost during delivery, contact us immediately at support@bjaan.com with your order details and unboxing video.
- We will arrange a replacement product at no extra cost.

- We currently ship only within Pakistan.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or remote locations.
- Bjaan Organic is not responsible for delays caused by the courier after the product has been shipped.
