Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping is offered on select promotions or order amounts (if applicable).

Packaging

  • All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • For hygiene and safety, bottles are sealed and tamper-evident.

Order Tracking

  • After shipment, you will receive a tracking number.
  • Use the tracking number to check delivery status via the courier’s website or customer support.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your product is damaged or lost during delivery, contact us immediately at support@bjaan.com with your order details and unboxing video.
  • We will arrange a replacement product at no extra cost.
