Please note: Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged during delivery. Opened or used products are not eligible for return for any other reason.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be damaged during delivery.
- You must request the exchange within 2 days of delivery.
- Unboxing video proof is mandatory to process the exchange.
Please do not send products back without notifying us first.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us immediately at support@bjaan.com with your order details and unboxing video.
- Our team will review your submission and provide instructions for returning the damaged product.
- Upon verification, we will replace the damaged product at no additional cost.
Shipping for Exchanges
- Bjaan Organic will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged products.
- The replacement product will be shipped to your address within Pakistan.
- We recommend carefully following the return instructions to ensure your replacement is delivered promptly.
Gifts
If the damaged product was purchased as a gift, the replacement will be sent directly to the recipient.
Important Notes
- Only damaged products are eligible for exchanges.
- Refunds in cash or credit are not offered; replacement products are provided only.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Ensure that unboxing video clearly shows the damaged product for smooth processing.
